Getting Started
Q: How do I start learning?
- Open the app and tap the "Scan" tab
- Take a photo of your textbook or study material
- AI automatically detects key words and creates masks
- Tap the masks to reveal answers and test yourself
Q: Where are my photos stored?
All photos and learning data are stored only on your device. Your images are never uploaded to our servers (except during AI analysis).
Q: What is AI Analysis?
AI Analysis automatically detects important words from your photos. Free plan users get 50 analyses, while Premium subscribers enjoy unlimited access.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open iPhone "Settings"
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select "SnapLearn+"
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Q: How do I restore my purchase?
Go to the "Settings" tab in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". If you're signed in with the same Apple ID, your previous purchase will be restored.
Troubleshooting
Q: The camera won't open
- Go to iPhone "Settings" → "SnapLearn+"
- Make sure "Camera" permission is enabled
- Restart the app
Q: AI analysis isn't working properly
- Check your internet connection
- Make sure the photo is clear and well-lit
- Handwritten text may have lower recognition accuracy
Q: My data disappeared
If you delete the app, all learning data is permanently lost. Data is stored only on your device and cannot be recovered.
If you have a subscription, you can restore your purchase via "Restore Purchases" as it's linked to your Apple ID.
